That's My Medicine
You are a pharmacist and have to read the doctor's notes. Then give the patients the correct medicine. Watch out, because the notes are hard to read and the medicine are weird!

It's not Unity based. I disabled this aspect ratio because it breaks the layout. It can't fit the main gameplay elements on screen with older aspect ratios
How do you mean my thought and prayers didn't save this poor lady from the street, So unrealistic
Fun game great so far but the hand writing is kind of hard to read regardless keep up the good work 👍
